Cum sunt tratate iesirile "sigure" in MRP? Se adauga la forecastul pe perioada respectiva sau nu sunt luate in considerare? |

Depinde de cum setezi procedura de MRP. Ai trei posibilitati: 1) sa nu le iei in calcul 2) sa le iei in calcul doar in orizontul de timp de reaprovizionare 3) sa le iei in calcul in orizontul de timp de planificare. Banuiesc ca prin Iesiri sigure te referi la comenzile de vinzari si rezervarile introduse manuale. |

si un exemplu: Example The reorder point for a material is 30 pieces and the current warehouse stock is 35. A customer requirement exists for 10 pieces for a requirements date in three weeks. The replenishment lead time for the material is one week. If indicator 1 External requirements in total horizon is set, the system takes the customer requirements into account in the next planning run. This means, the system creates an order proposal because the system considers the warehouse stock as having fallen below the reorder point (35 pcs - 10 pcs = 25 pcs) even if the requirements date is not until after the replenishment. If indicator 2 External requirements within the replenishment lead time is set, the system does not include the customer requirement with a requirements date outside the replenishment lead time. In this example, the system would not include the customer requirement in the planning run for two weeks. |

Multumesc pentru raspuns, este complet (ca de obicei) Asta in cazul Reorder Point. Daca se foloseste o tehnica de tipul "Forecast based planning", in care stocul este scazut de previziuni se poate tine cont de aceste rezervari? Lucian |

In cazul "forecast based" MRP sunt luate in calcul doar cantitatile prognozate calculate in functie de modelul de prognoza. Se poat lua in calcul: - consumul total - consum planificat (efectuat cu referinta la o rezervare) - consum neplanificat (efectuat fara referinta la o rezervare). |
